Rivalry Renewed: Niners v. Cowboys
Growing up as a child of the 1980’s in the Bay Area, one of the teams I grew up detesting was “America’s team”, the Dallas Cowboys. Today marks the renewal of a rivalry that launched the 49ers dynasty of the 1980’s and the Cowboys dynasty of the 1990’s. This is my running sports diary of the 49ers versus Cowboys during Super Wild Card Weekend (comment below)…
[01.16.22 || 1:41 pm] There’s nothing like NFL playoff football! Things get ratcheted up so much more when it’s a rivalry… err, historic rivalry… hated rivalry game. I’ll be lying if I wasn’t nervous for my team, but it’s more of a nervous-type anticipation. LET’S FUCKING GO!!!

[01.16.22 || 5:00 pm] In the end, the Cowboys lost in the most Cowboys way possible.
[01.16.22 || 5:11 pm] I’m still in shock that the Cowboys ran a QB draw with 14 seconds left and no timeouts. They only have themselves to blame for losing this game.
