Building Good Habits
I feel beat up. I guess I jumped the gun in thinking I’d get over this cold in a couple of days. I should have rested more yesterday… not to say I regret the amount of productivity accomplished. In addition to starting this personal passion project of mine (the blog), I’m really happy with how the edit for a podcast episode for Spider-Man: No Way Home turned out. Oh yeah, did I mention that I co-host a movie podcast called The Weekly Reel Podcast? Check out the direct Apple Podcasts and Spotify links below.
The episode did run a little longer than I wanted to, but the crazy part is that we didn’t really get to cover everything. I’m kinda bummed that we didn’t get to cover how good Zendaya was playing MJ. I love her natural charisma. There’s an awkwardness there that all high school students can identify with… even with an it actress like Zendaya. I love MJ and Tom Holland’s Peter Parker’s relationship! Their chemistry is so understated and innocent. It really does feel like they’re high school sweethearts. That’s why the ending discussed on the podcast episode is so heartbreaking.
Before I wrap up this blog post, I wanted to talk about action. Even though I slept for a lot of the day from being under the weather and from mental and physical exhaustion, my only goal for today was to make sure I posted something here. It’s really important to me to start building good habits. Okay, back to my Daredevil rewatch and sleep.
